Travel Requirements

Travellers must check into Las Mercedes Hotel (across the road from the MGA airport) on arrival day. The hotel is included in your trip costs.

We will have a group welcome at 8am the following morning at the hotel and our transport will leave the hotel at 9am.

We will be ending our tour at Las Mercedes Hotel (across the road from the MGA airport) on the evening of the last day at approximately 5:30pm. Included in your trip costs is your room at the hotel.

Departing flights from Managa (MGA) can be scheduled for any time on the following day. Check out time for the hotel is 12:00 noon. The hotel can store your luggage for free and there is an excellet pool and bar to spend your afternoon if you have a flight later in the day.

US, UK, EU and Canadian citizens will need a passport with at least 6 months of validity left and no visas are required. Participants from other countries should check with their consulate for entry requirements.

Please note that travel insurance is strongly recommended. Although we hope you never need it, we’ve seen enough to know that it can be a lifesaver in the event of a medical emergency, flight delays that cause you to miss the start of the trip, lost baggage or cancellation on your part.
